Terms and Conditions of Sale
Orders
Orders are accepted online and via mail. Bullet Proof Security makes every reasonable effort to comply with customers purchase requirement. Postal money orders and US Based Money Orders are also accepted, they may be sent to our address. Bullet Proof Security makes every effort to ensure timely delivery of products but from time to time we experience supply delays beyond our control. Bullet Proof Security will do our best to communicate in a timely manner and ask that customers verify that the email they provide is working and monitored.
Signature Required
Bullet Proof Security, Security Products sends out all packages Direct Signature Required and Insured (at Bullet Proof Security selling price) unless otherwise requested.
.All damaged products must be noted at time of delivery. Damage not visible at time of delivery must be reported in writing within 3 business days of receipt of product. The report of damages must include the order number given to you at the time of purchase and the tracking number the report must be sent to the shipping company as well as being reported to bullet proof security. Damage that was not noted upon receipt or in writing within 3 business days of product receipt will not be covered under the warranty or shipping insurance. Please inspect product upon arrival. Bullet proof security will be responsible for any interaction with the shipping company after the initial report. Bullet proof security will at its own cost replace the item to the customer.
Returns
Bullet Proof Security Security Products considers all sales to be final all items sold at bullet proof security have a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer. Longer warranties may be available on certain products and are listed on that products page.
All defective returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number
Products returned without an RMA may get lost in the process, thereby inhibiting us from repairing or replacing your item. Please follow these simple instructions so we can process your return quickly and effectively.
To request an RMA# please email our Customer Service Department. sales@bulletproofsecurity.com We will determine if you need to return the product, all returns are usually sent directly to our warehouse. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, and shrink wrap). We must receive your item back within 20 days of when we issue the RMA. Please allow us 5 - 10 business days from the time we receive the item to process your return.
Defective Returns:
Bullet Proof Security stands behind all products sold. Merchandise distributed by Bullet Proof Security carries a 0ne year (1) Limited Warranty. All warranty coverage starts from date of purchase by the ultimate customer. Proof of Purchase may be requested by Bullet Proof Security. Bullet Proof Security will determine if the item is in fact defective upon receipt and inspection, at no time can any item be replaced before the item in question is returned and inspected. If the item shows signs of misuse, abuse or failure to follow instructions it will not be accepted for warranty consideration.
